I know this isn’t a picture of nike shoes or whatever, but it’s of my friend at 2010 nike nationals, at the first muddy turn, she fell and was trampled, but finished the race. She need about 26 stitches. She is an inspiration.
Also: if you look at the bottom of her ankle, the blood running down her leg looks like a nike swoosh (:

 this is fucking awesome

Peanut Butter:
- When buying peanut butter, only buy organic varieties.
- Non-organic peanut butters are high in pesticides and fungus and contain aflatoxin, a potent carcinogenic mold.
- To increase the protein in peanut butter (peanuts have about the same amount of protein as soy), Brewer’s yeast can be mixed in. This is especially useful for vegetarians.
P.S. Happy National Peanut Butter Day!!

This is an amazing weight loss success story of a former 630-pound man named David Smith. In 2003, David weighted over 600 pounds and decided to change his life only through carb cycling and exercise. After 4 years, he weighted a stunning 229 pounds, losing 401 pounds but still had excess skin on his body. He underwent several surgeries to remove the excess skin; since then, he looks just like any other guy, and became a certified personal trainer through ACE.

seriously if he can do it. Anyone can.

What was your excuse again?

WOw, this is truly amazing.

*sigh* Skin surgeries….

THIS IS ONLY ONE POUND OF FAT. if i ever get discouraged that i didn’t lose enough.. or something i should take a nice look at this nasty chunk of fat lol
I think this is amazing. I don’t care if there is fat all over my body, even in a relatively, this is still amazing.
whenever i lose “just a pound” and i’m expecting/wanting to lose more, i look at this and am suddenly proud of the pound i’ve lost. good riddance.
i lost three of those so far. go me!
so gross, but so encouraging!
